she's all rock and roll and
eighties even though she was born
in the nineties...
she likes computer stuff and
to learn photoshop...
she's funny and smart and witty and cool...
i suggested the nickname onionhead
but she didn't buy into it...
she goes by canadianrockergirl
but i call her my l'il geekgirl...

december views on day 22...(skipped a few)
things have been crazy,
as i am sure they are for everyone.
it took me a while but my creative-bug
has finally bit.
i spent today making cards...
here is the one that took the longest.
i saw it done with fabric as an ornament
in a magazine
but i did mine with paper
and i like how it turned out...

it is a better day...
our son's christmas concert was last night
and 12 could have gone to a school dance
but chose to come with us instead
and it was fun.
chinese food followed.
and when we got home,
my husband totally surprised me
with a dvd of my absolute most favorite christmas special
which i could not find being listed on any station this year...
the muppet family christmas!
i seriously freaked out.

shovelling walkways,
cuddling on couch,

i have not hardly touched my camera.
i start things and don't finish...
cards half made, presents half wrapped...
i'm not sure what is wrong with me this year.
