at a standstill & a bit of a snapshot of my week...

i feel like i have been at a bit of a standstill...
since i started working the new website,
i have been ignoring the blog.
i have been thinking about it
but i keep thinking i have to wait
until the website is finished before i use it....
and i'm not really sure that is true.

plus...i am missing it.

i have still been taking my daily shots for my 365 project...
so far i have taken a photo a day for 79 out of 88 days.

and a lot of them involve snow, as you can see below :)

there have other things going on in my life as well
but the snow...well...it's slightly overwhelming :)
i am totally looking forward to spring!

today i decided, on a bit of whim, to create a new website...and then, i decided, also on a whim, to import my 10 YEAR OLD blog over to the new site...

which was terrifying.

literally.

as soon as i hit import, my stomach sank and i pictured it all. being. gone.

but....it seems to have worked!!!

so...if you are visiting me here...hi!!! welcome!!! feel free to dig around...hope you find something that makes you smile or wonder or want to pick up a camera or a pen or even some crayons (i do love to color!)

i have some plans for this site....which is why i made this terrifying change...

tuesday truths...

i started reading a new book,
a book that i couldn't wait to read,
a book that i bought in hardcover
before it hit the bargain bin
(which i almost never do),
a book that i have drooled over and
anticipated and talked up...
and so far...
i am not loving it.
i still have hope...but
i am not loving it yet.
i just don't like the main character.
i don't think that i would like her in real life maybe.
i don't know.

i am not using my fitbit.
or tracking my eating.
or going to yoga.
or walking much.
and i feel yucky.

i bought mascara...
super light
super gently
barely noticeable mascara
cause my eyes seem to be incredibly sensitive
but still.
i bought mascara.
AND i'm wearing it! :)
(oh. and blush)
