hello, november!

back when i first started blogging,
i used to participate in
nablopomo
which is short for
national blog posting month
which is the cousin of
nanowrimo
which is short for
national novel writing month
(see the pattern here?)
:)

but since
stirling's accident and
working fulltime
plus a supposed-to-be-part-time
but feels like full time photography job
and two kids,
a pug and 2 kittens
my time here has been chipped away.

but for some reason,
today
i just feel like...
maybe i can do this again.
maybe this will be the year that I can get back here...
maybe it's the right time.
we are talking about starting a writing group...
i'm trying to find more balance...
maybe this is a good time to try again.

so here is to
looking forward to a month of
pugs and kittens
and books i want to read
and movies i will see (when editing is done)
blogs i adore and winter bucket lists...
photos and words
and weddings and whispers...
doodles and scribbles,
lies and secrets.

i'm kinda excited.
