It’s been a quiet week here
in the big orange house…
another possible COVID contact
(but all negative here),
a failed attempt at seeing
Spiderman in 3D
(it was sold out),
warm chocolate chip muffins,
pizza from Dino’s (so good)
while watching this movie
with my girl
which made us both laugh so hard…
definitely worth watching…
some painting,
some daydreaming
about garden planning and
building she sheds and playhouses
in the back yard…
two visits with BFFs,
and a failed sump pump attempt
that resulted in not a lot of water
going outside,
but onto me instead.

All in all, a good week.
The days are getting longer and brighter
and that is a very good thing.

GRATEFUL: the days are getting longer, the water was not
too bad in the basement, for soft, fleecy, warm leggings,
for Pugsley’s snoring, for teeny tiny pink flowers,
for longer days and more light in my life.
